We invite you to join us for a Women’s gathering recognizing the History, the Mystery, and the Lived Experience of The Crone. From the myths of The Crone of Winter, through our lives and the lives of the women who came before us, we invite you…Come Gather! There will be music, magic, and an invitation to help support or become the next circle of Crones. Those who are interested will be provided with complete details for the Process and Preparation Gathering (Nov 14) and the Crone’s Rite of Passage Ceremony (Nov 21). WOMEN OF ALL AGES are welcome to this first gathering. Recommended donation for this gathering is $20. An opportunity to sponsor a woman for the Crone’s Rite of Passage Ceremony will be explained.

The Crone’s Rite of Passage Process and Preparation Gathering

This invitation is open to women who are a year and a day past their last blood, and who have completed their second Saturn return. In this gathering we will prepare for the Rite of Passage Ceremony which takes place on November 21. It is a closed circle that will provide safe space for personal stories, creative expression, and deepening our experience of Women’s Mysteries. The cost of this preparatory gathering and the Rite of Passage Ceremony is $50. The funds are essential to cover the cost of space and materials. A personal and monetary commitment are requested.

The Crone’s Rite of Passage Ceremony and Celebration
Women who have attended the Process and Preparation Gathering will be crossing the threshold into CRONE! This is a Sacred Rite recognizing the Wisdom and Lived Experience of the Elder Women of the Community. Through Ritual which will include stories, music, and feasting, the circles of the Crone expand!

Are you a Crone? Within our tradition and practice a Crone is a woman who is a year-and-a-day past her last womb blood and has reached, in astrological terms, her second Saturn return.
Process Facilitators:
CYNTHIA CEBUHAR, MA, MDiv, is Directing Priestess of the Arizona Temple. For over 30 years, she has served Women's Community as a teacher and spiritual director, writer and speaker, ritualist, interfaith leader, ordained minister, and priestess. Through women's circles, interfaith gatherings, and rites of passage, the Goddess informs her private and public practice.
PATRICIA BALLENTINE is a Priestess, ceremonialist and process facilitator, Death Midwife. A practitioner of the deepest magic, which is the transformation of self, her focus is on the expansion of beauty, integration, unity and wholeness. Her spiritual life focuses on the ancient wheel of the year and Nature is her church. She is the Founder of the Temple of the Creative Flame.
